Cindy arrived in the Annapolis area first. Two years ago, she accepted a job offer from a technology firm in Annapolis. She recently moved to a newer job with T.E. Connectivity, handling information technology applications.

The former West Chester, Pennsylvania resident shuttles back and forth between Maryland and Pennsylvania on weekends and holidays.

Chuck is employed by Catholic Health East, a health care firm located in 11 Eastern states, managing its information technology infrastructure.

Their three children still haven’t completely moved in. That will happen this summer. Brandon, 20, attends Kutztown University. Joshua, 17, is a cadet at Fishburne Military School in Waynesboro, Va. Jaden, 15, attends Rustin High in West Chester.

The couple purchased the Bayberry home, built in the 1960s, in part because it has a terrific view of the Magothy River. They also liked the schools and amenities of the area.

The home’s original owners lived in Bayberry for more than 40 years. They added a back wing with a fireplace and used it as a cozy family room. The second owner kept the residence slightly less than four years and did not do any major upgrades.
