Vandals tipped green paint on the driver’s door of a white Toyota Hilux table top between 5pm on Friday, December 30, and 1pm on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 The vehicle was parked outside a residence in Denison Street Mudgee.

Showground

Thieve forced their way into a building at the Mudgee Showground on Sunday, January 1, between 9:40pm and 9:50pm thieves and took a Stihl leaf blower.

A witness provided police with a description of two males who were seen leaving the showground carrying a leaf blower. One person was described as being an adult male and the second, a young male walking a small dog.

Drug detection

Mudgee police seized drugs and drug utensils while executing a search warrant at an address in Burrundulla Avenue Mudgee on Friday, December 30. A 40-year-old Mudgee man is to appear at Mudgee Local Court in February. He has been charged with matters relating to the offences of possession of equipment for administering
