Ashlin Brooke Alford became the wife of Matthew Wayne Doyle at seven oclock in the evening on Friday, October 14, 2011. The couple exchanged vows before family and friends at the beautiful Anthony Chapel at Garvan Woodland Gardens in Hot Springs, Ark. The all glass and wooden beamed chapel was filled with candlelight. The chapel aisle was lined with staggering heights of green moss covered topiaries holding arrangements of white garden roses, Asiatic lilies and hanging delphinium. The elegant topiaries were wrapped in green embroidered French brocade. The altar held twin arrangements of all white gladiolas, snapdragons, and Vendela roses with various tropical leaves in crystal vases.The double-ring ceremony was solemnized by Reverend Joseph Jerry Ashley, cousin of the bride of Fort Worth, Tex.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wendell Alford and Mr. and Mrs. Steven Wayne Doyle of Newellton. Grandparents of the Bride are Mrs. Elizabeth Ashley Anglin and the late Mr. Tyler Eudell Ashley of Newellton, Mrs. Lila Crofford Alford and the late Mr. Charles Milton Alford of Crockett, Tex. Grandparents of the Groom are Mrs. June Wood May and the late Mr. Marvin Lee May and Mr. and Mrs. Louie Allen Doyle of Newellton.
