Students From Visitation School Can Help You Get Ready For Spring.

Annual Garden Shop Open To The Public May 6th and May 7th

Kansas City, MO (May 3, 2011) – This Spring, when purchasing your annuals and perennials, consider helping out a local school along the way. Students from Visitation School in Kansas City, Missouri will be holding their annual Garden Shop on Friday, May 6 and Saturday, May 7, 2011. Find everything from your favorite annuals and perennials to herbs and select garden accents donated by Pryde’s Old Westport. Event hours are Friday, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Garden Shop will be located in the school parking lot at 5134 Baltimore.

A wide variety of unique and premium flowers in hard to find colors will be available at the Garden Shop. Plus, the selection from Pryde’s will include items such as ceramic pots, gardening tools and other outdoor decorative items. Seasoned parent volunteers will be available to help customers with plant selection and students are available for loading purchases into vehicles. “If you need to get your yard in shape for spring, the Garden Shop will be a great way to accomplish just that, while at the same time helping out a local school,” commented Vince Cascone, Visitation School Principal.
